Sun Rivers Senior Living Facility
Sun Rivers Senior is a 138,000sq ft senior centre facility that utilizes a hydronic heating and cooling system. IPH’s scope of work included fire protection, plumbing, and HVAC. Through the use of 3D modelling, we were able to fabricate the entire mechanical room at our facilities and install according to the model on site. This allowed us to avoid clashes with other trades and reduce the number of on-site labour hours.
Fabrication
IPH employed 3D Revit modeling to design and fabricate mechanical systems at our fabrication facilities in Kamloops to minimize on site fabrication hours and minimize clashes with other trades for a more streamlined install. IPH is equipped to create and execute custom weld procedures to ensure the success of a project.
