Very professional staff from reception to the install crew. Helpful and communicated well with me during the entire process. During the installation of my new heat pump and furnace they were courteous of my situation (my business remained opened during the install). Kept the work area clean, and I was unable to tell they were there after they left. They recommended some changes to my ventilation which made a significant difference in how quiet my system operated. Would gladly use them again in the future.

We recently used IPH for servicing the toilet in our rental apartment. They were fantastic. The service team worked with our tenant to find a time that was convenient. The tenant received an alert when the plumber was on his way along with a picture and his name. He was professional and fixed the problem in no time. Even paying was easy.
