What's Included in the Seasonal Maintenance Plan?
One of IPH’s certified technicians will visit twice a year to service your furnace, boiler, geothermal, heat recovery ventilator, heat pump, air conditioning, and/or rooftop units. During the servicing, our technician will clean, inspect, and ensure the unit is running in tip-top shape. You can expect to receive a full-service checklist at the end of each visit.
Maintenance included:
- Carbon monoxide check
- Gas leak check
- Inspect heat exchanger and cooling coils
- Check and/or replace filters
- Inspect electrical circuit boards and components
- Maximize efficiency
- Check refrigerant operating pressure
- Ensure unit operates within manufacturer specifications
