IPH’s Service Department is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for emergency service. Our regular hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. There are additional charges for work outside our regular hours.
During extreme winter weather, we give priority to customers without heat over regular maintenance calls. If you are experiencing a plumbing, heating, or other mechanical emergency, call IPH at 250-372-3441 anytime of the day or night.
What is Considered a Plumbing or Heating Emergency?
Plumbing and heating emergencies come in all sorts of shapes and sizes. Avoid emergencies by scheduling regular servicing. Regular servicing of your furnace and AC units can help ensure your home stays warm in the winter and cool in the summer. IPH offers seasonal maintenance service agreements. - No heat in cold weather
- No air conditioning in hot weather
- Large water or sewer leaks that will cause damage
